First of all, I'd like to say that a lot of work has been done on JACkL. I now have 22 components started, most of which are nearing testing completion. Hopefully by the end of the year, I can have a decent amount ready to go, and open up the testing area for everyone to visit. Also, I switched themes (yes, again) to get more a a glass look to the site. Still working on it a bit, but hope you like it. 3 more computers should be on their way within the next few months: 1.) a real rackmount server to host everything 2.) a macbook laptop to be able to test in multiple environments 3.) a media center - for personal use (a x-mas present to myself :D) So there's a lot going on right now ... I'll try to keep you more up to date as things happen.

I was going to put some more effort in building up all of my sites, but I'm putting that on ice until I've finished Protasyte. I'm adding "networking" capability to Protasyte to connect multiple sites across multiple domains, which is how my sites are currently laid out. I'm also working on building applications for Protasyte that I will use in my websites first, then I will work on other applications later. My ultimate goal is to have Protasyte powering all of my sites, just to show what it is capable of in terms of flexibility, power, and customization. So bear with me ... I know there are many parts to my sites which are not currently up-and-running, and I hope to get to those ASAP. But Protasyte has been moved to the front of the line.

So I've finally finished theme v6, and it is up and running, and looks pretty good :). Also, I have brought back (again) the old themes, and am working on getting them up-and-running once more. They should be done in the next few days. Themes v5 and v6 are all done, and the rest will be arriving shortly. I have (for the meantime) dimmed the links to activate the other themes, but they still work if you want to see how progress is going. I will un-dim them when they are completed.

So I've finally got a new computer which I'm using only for web-hosting, and I'm glad to say it's almost ready to go. Just a little work to do on the database, and it should go live hopefully by the end of this week. In addition, I'm merging a bunch of my own sites together under an umbrella group called the BP Network. This will include BeliefProductions, JACkL, JAMP-POD, and the newly added JoshuaDees.com. In order to make this work, I am redesigning the sites from scratch, so I'm not planning (at least for the mean-time) to bring back the old themes. Maybe sometime down the road, but I'm not sure yet. I'm working on creating a version of BeliefProductions' website for use on the iPhone/iPod. It will use the iUI created for the iPhone/iPod version of Safari, as well as AJAX for loading pages and transitioning between them. It will use the same url (http://www.beliefproductions.org/), and will automatically detect if the visitor is using an iPhone/iPod, and use those files instead. It will take a little time to copy all of the pages over, but it should look very nice in the end!

So just for the fun of it, and to show off what I can do with CSS, I'm bringing back some of the old themes for this site, and allowing you to change what theme you want to see by using the icons at the top of the page. Just click a link to temporarily use a different theme, which will reset the next time you open your browser, or select a new theme. Hope you enjoy this!

I've added new links to my two biggest projects, JACkL (a set of javascript components), and JAMP-POD (a javascript pseudo-os). These were one combined project a few years ago, but have since split into two. For now, I am working on getting the components themselves ready for public release, and once they are complete, I will continue work on the pseudo-os. But I'm glad to say that the components are coming along quite nicely, and it looks (at least for now) like the release of the first public BETA will be sometime before the end of the year. Belief Productions is proud to present it's first official domain. BeliefProductions.org is now up and running, and while still under construction, should be fully-featured in a short time.

After what seems like forever and a day, Belief Productions finally has it's own website back up and running! The long-awaited newest version introduces a completely revamped interface, a new "Components" section where members can create drop-in components to add to their website, and a new "Sample Codes" section where viewers can learn the languages of the web by learning from up-to-date working code.
